Studio, offering private and semi-private pilates
and yoga sessions, group pilates mat and ball,
yoga, Nia, and pre- and post-natal classes. We
have a beautiful outdoor deck, and hold classes
outside when the weather permits. We are
located at 3425 Balboa Street between 35th
and 36th Avenue in the Richmond District.
